Orders usually ship within 1-7 business days, depending on the product.
Shipping is calculated by each carrier (Fedex, UPS, etc.) using the package weight, length x width x height. In many cases, dimensional sizing is applied due to the size of the package. Each carrier will also assess a surcharge to packages over 48" in length, which includes anything on a roll.
The amount you pay for shipping is ACTUAL and calculated by each carrier for GROUND SERVICE throughout the Contiguous United States.
Should a product arrive damaged or broken, you must contact us within 10 days at 800-814-7533, or email email@example.com. Be sure to keep the box and merchandise, as the shipping company may wish to inspect the damage. A replacement item will be sent out as quickly as possible, and we will make arrangements for the damaged item to be returned (if necessary). You will be contacted via email within 2 business days with return instructions. You may be required to forward a photograph of the damaged item.

Any address correction that is billed to Automotive Interiors thru any shipping company, such as Fedex, UPS, etc. will be charged to you, the customer. Current Charge: $18.00
