REPLACEMENT CARPET KITS

We offer molded and cut & sewn automotive replacement carpets for cars, trucks, vans & sport utility vehicles.  These kits are generally produced in 2 business days and ship factory direct from Alabama.

MOLDED car carpet kits, truck carpets, van carpets, and suv carpet kits are generally available for vehicles from 1965 to present and can be upgraded with a heavy black rubber backing called MASS BACKING.  If your vehicle is older than 1965, you may need to order a CUT & SEWN carpet kit.  This type of carpet kit is made by cutting the material, then sewing it to match the contours of the vehicle floor.

Both types of carpet kits ensure an accurate fit and will provide full floor coverage (unless otherwise noted).  Choose from a variety of colors in either a cut pile or loop style of carpet.  Also included, unless otherwise noted, is a matching color heel pad on the driver's side, jute padding for sound deadening, and if applicable, a grommet for the dimmer switch.  Your new carpet WILL NOT COME WITH CUT OUTS and does require TRIMMING.

MOLDED VINYL MATS

Molded vinyl mats are a great replacement option for your car, truck, van or sport utility vehicle.  These mats are generally produced in 2 business days and ship factory direct from Alabama.

Vinyl mats are heat molded and provide full floor coverage (unless noted).  They are easy to clean and come with a pebble grain finish.  Jute padding is included BUT will not be attached to the vinyl mat. Since some shrinkage will occur during the molding process, the mat will be made wider than your floor pan. Therefore, you will need to trim the excess vinyl.  Choose from black, beige, gray, or blue.  Your new vinyl mat WILL NOT COME WITH CUT OUTS.

SOUND DEADENER KITS

Sound deadeners help insulate your vehicle from road noise and engine heat.  Each sound deadener kit is custom cut for each vehicle and meets federal standards for flammability retardation.  Sound deadeners are available in EVA, Foil, and Mastic.

EVA is an OE rubber based sound deadener;
FOIL has a reflective (foil) material on one side and jute padding on the other:
MASTIC has a black rubber backing and a layer of jute padding;
